From the 1950s to the 1970s, the Site was occupied by a gas station, automotive service facility and autobody facility. Occupants/tenants included Autobody, Inc., Pat?s Auto Service/Gas Station ? The Site was developed by the City as a park and recreational area in the late 1970s
