Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property was developed with residential and commercial use and a school since the late 1800s. The buildings were demolished in the 1970s and 1980s and developed as parking lots, subsequent to purchase by General Electric for employee parking overflow lots. The properties were purchased by Neighborhood Development Associates Inc. (NDA) on 12/20/2017. A Permanent Solution Statement With Conditions report was submitted to MassDEP on 5/11/2020. NDA subsequently obtained funding to redevelop the property.
