Additional Property Attributes

Approximately 255 square feet of black mastic associated with 12�x12� beige with brown streaked floor tile [homogeneous group 3 (4% & 3% Chrysotile)] located within Rooms 5, 10, and 15 was observed to be in good condition. It is likely the floor tile may become friable during removal; therefore, it is considered regulated ACM in accordance with NESHAP regulations.

Former Use: The Subject Property was developed by at least 1895 as a greenhouse. This operation continued until at least 1905. From 1951 through at least 1958 the Subject Property was used for commercial purposes. From 1981 until at least 2009 the Subject Property operated as a Bank. The Subject Building is currently vacant.
