Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property is developed with a 1,300 square foot, two-story single-family house. The remaining grounds consist of a grass yard southwest of the Property building. Records indicate the site is a methamphetamine dump site, previously used as a residence back to 1909. Earlier operations included a mill yard (pre-1909). The Property is currently owned by Mr. Jasper Snow, with former occupants listed as Terra Rollins, Lisa Martin, Mazama Coffing (Johnston), and Brian Depue.

Phase II ESA work completed in September 2019, indicated PAHs and lead in soil. This site is a part of the larger Carle at the Riverfront (CATR) medical campus redevelopment. The site structure has been demolished, remedial excavation completed in May 2021, parking lot improvements for the new CATR campus development extend across the property.
