Additional Property Attributes

An environmental investigation at the property in 2015 of a potential former auto filling/ service station on the property from at least 1941 through 1967 resulted in the property being listed as a ?facility? due to multiple petroleum-related contaminants in soil and groundwater just north of the northeast corner of the building.Envirologic conducted sub-slab vapor sampling in May 2019 but did not detect any VOCs that exceed the current calculated non-residential vapor intrusion screening levels. The St. Clair County Mental Health Authority intends to purchase the subject property. The building will be renovated for the Children?s Services portion of the St. Clair County Community Health Authority services. Former Use: Horace Boddy Construction built the building and used the property for its general contracting business until 1998. Mercy Health Services purchased the property in 1998 and began to use it for medical billing offices and file storage. Several interior renovations and interior construction projects have transformed the building to entirely office space and file storage. Mercy Health sold the property but the most recent previous property owner, Prime Healthcare Services Port Huron LLC, has maintained the use as medical billing file storage and offices.
