Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the first developed use of the subject property occurred prior to 1890 with the construction of a dwelling and stable in the northern portion. Between 1908 and 1916, the dwelling was converted into two dwellings and by 1926 the stable was converted to a garage. The dwellings and garage were demolished between 1926 and 1936. The property existed as vacant land until the current building was constructed in the northeastern portion between 1946 and 1948. This property has been occupied by various automotive service operations from at least 1957 until 2013, and likely from between 1946 and 1948 until 2013. Additionally, the property may also have been occupied by gasoline dispensing operations from construction between 1946 and 1948 until the mid-1960s. The property has been vacant since 2013.
