Additional Property Attributes

The building was impacted by the E3 Tornado that destroyed much of the Town of Century. It was subsequently boarded up and has remained vacant since 2016. An asbestos and lead based paint survey has been recommended prior to any renovation and/or demolition. The site was used as a gymnasium for many years. Former Use: The target area was utilized as the gymnasium and was owned by the Town of Century. It currently is vacated and boarded as part of the PSC satellite campus. It has not been determined whether or not the structure will be razed or renovated. The asbestos/lead based paint survey did not identify any issues.
