Additional Property Attributes

The property has been vacant for many years; the owner has been delinquent in taxes and intends to sell the property. Most of the 8 buildings are dilapidated due to many years of neglect and the E3 Tornado that hit the Town in 2016. Former Use: The site has been vacant for many years; the site operated as a successful lumber company around through the early 1900s until it operated as the Dalton Doors until the early 1990s. The facility was subsequently shut down and remains vacant.
