Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on Allwyn environmental's Phase I ESA, the Property was first developed around 1933 as an automotive repair facility and was used as a retail market 70 years thereafter until the market closed in 2016. The Property was apparently never connected to the publicly owned sanitary sewer system, and wastewater generated on the Property was discharged to a cesspool in the enclosed patio located on the north side of the structure. Wastewater discharges may have contained VOCs, SVOCs, PCBs, and/ or RCRA metals that could have potentially impacted the Property soil and/or groundwater. Allwyn recommended additional assessment be conducted by collecting subsurface samples from soil surrounding the cesspool and below the cesspool. The Phase II ESA did not recommend additional assessment of the Property.
