Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on Allwyn Environmental's (Allwyn) Phase I ESAs conducted for the properties located at 43 W. 30th Street and 532 W. 26th Street, no RECs were identified in connection with the properties. Based on Allwyn's Phase I ESA for the property located 308 W. 30th Street, a single-family residence was constructed on the property prior to 1941 and residential storage structures were also constructed on the property around 1958 and 1980. The residence was later demolished between 2014 and 2015, remnants were present at the time of the site reconnaissance. Based on the approximate year of construction, the building materials present on the Property at the time of the reconnaissance could contain lead and asbestos, potentially resulting in a release from the building materials into the Property soil. this was considered a REC. Allwyn identified a REC for the Property located at 400 E. 35th Street. A TEP power substation operated on the northern adjoining property since the mid-1980s and soil staining was observed within the southern portion, resulting potentially from compounds potentially containing VOCs, SVOCs, PCBs, and 8 RCRA metals.
