Property Highlights

The current site building at 872 Hudson Avenue, formerly operated by Wollensack Optical, was constructed in approx. 1918. The former building on the 886 Hudson Avenue parcel was recently demolished by the City of Rochester. Jefferson Wollensack LLC plans to renovate the existing site building into multi-family housing.

Former Use: The site was historically utilized for industrial purposes including optical lens manufacturing, printing and photographic mount manufacturing at various times between the early 1900's until early 2000's.
