Additional Property Attributes

The Subject Property is known as the General Store Property and it is approximately two (2) acres. The property is located at the NW Corner of NW/4 Section Eighteen (18), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) East of the Indian Meridian, Okfuskee County, Oklahoma. The Subject Property is 6.5 miles east of Okemah, Oklahoma on E 1091 Rd/ Old Highway 62. The property can be accessed directly south from Old Highway 62, however there are no paved or gravel paths to the property. The property is currently not being used at this time. There is old debris from past structures located on the property such as light poles, shingles and other wood debris. The majority of the debris is located on the northwest section of the property. The south portion of the property is primarily natives grasses and trees. A water line main with a water meter is located on the west boundary of the property. The surrounding properties are residential and Thlopthlocco Tribal Town properties. Former Use: PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The Subject Property is 6.5 miles east of Okemah, Oklahoma on E 1091 Rd/ Old Highway 62. The property can be accessed directly south from Old Highway 62, however there are no paved or gravel paths to the property. The property is currently not being used at this time. HISTORY: According to aerial maps provided by EDR there have been several structures located on the Subject Property in the past. In the aerial maps dated 1964, there were two (2) or more structures located on the Subject Property. The dates of construction are unknown. In the aerial map dated 1995, there is a mobile home located on the west side of the Subject Property and one (1) other structure located to the east.
