Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The earliest useful historical resource is the 1922 Sanborn Map, which shows the subject property developed with a residential dwelling in the southwest portion of the parcel. The 1928 Sanborn map and aerial photograph show the subject property as similar, but with a vehicle garage in the northeast portion of the parcel. The subject property appears primarily unchanged until the 1977 aerial photograph, when the property structures appear to be razed and cleared. Aerial photographs reviewed through 1989 show the subject property as a vacant soil covered lot with no visible structures. The 1994 aerial photograph shows the subject property as vacant with no visible structures; however, it appears it is used as a storage yard contiguous with the west adjoining residence. Aerial photographs reviewed through 2016 depict no significant changes to the subject property. The City of Los Angeles was granted the parcel prior to 1980.
