Additional Property Attributes

Previous Phase I identified RECs based on historic commercial uses. Phase II testing identified PAH's and metals which were reported to MassDEP. Supplemental assessment and risk characterization indicated no cleanup required and site was closed with Permanent Solution in July 2019

Former Use: Large vacant paved parcels. Historic uses include auto garage, metal stamping, laundry. Acquired by City of Boston via tax foreclosure.
