Addl Cleanup/Treatment info: A total of 251 trucks and 7,666 tons of soil were removed from the Site. A 4,500-gallon, fuel oil UST was encountered during soil/fill removal actions. Remediation of NYSDEC Spill Number 19-02769 which was opened on June 17, 2019 was conducted. The liquid contents and tank were removed and disposed of off-site. Approximately 15-cubic yards of petroleum stained soil were excavated and transported for off-site disposal

As part of development, constructed an engineered composite cover; the Cellar Mat Composite Cover System is comprised of a 3-inch thick concrete rat slab, a 24-inch thick concrete structural slab with a 12-inch thick, � (minus) inch granular sub-base beneath the underground parking garage. The East Wing Composite Cover System consists of, a 5-inch thick concrete slab on grade with a 6-inch thick, � inch gravel sub-base. Installed an OER-approved vapor barrier beneath the building slab and outside of sub-grade foundation sidewalls to mitigate soil vapor migration into the building.

Additional Property Attributes

The new Healthview building consists of a 6-story plus cellar structure. Healthview facility operations (e.g., administrative,
clinical administrative and professional offices) are housed on above-grade floors 2 through 6. A partial, 10,580-square foot
subgrade level, is used for automobile parking and building utility rooms. The first floor (at grade level) is used for
automobile parking and an entrance lobby. Mechanical equipment (such as air conditioning units) are located on a dedicated
seventh floor. The footprint of the structure occupies 12,311 square feet of the 12,410 square foot parcel. Open areas outside of the building footprint were not excavated, but were graded, and consist of paved access walkways, and a paved garage
