Additional Property Attributes

Beverly's Place is a new, 72-unit, permanent supportive and low income residence. The building offers an array of housing options from studios up to three bedroom apartments, indoor and outdoor community spaces, and on-site social services. The building was designed to create a sense of ease and well being among residents. A soaring canopy marks the entrance and provides shelter from the elements; a glass curtain wall brings natural light deep into hallways and provides views to the east; floor to ceiling fenestration create airy apartments, offices and elevator lobbies; contemporary, high quality interior materials, finishes and appliances give residence a sense of pride and connection to modern living; and a playful massing and roofline break from the traditional forms of affordable housing blocks. Beverly's Place provides residents with an outdoor rear yard and playground, a roof level terrace, a community/TV room, a lobby lounge, public toilets, in-building laundry and storage as well as on-site offices for CCM's support services. With solar panels and rain water detention, the building does its share to reduce its environmental impact.

Beverly's Place rose on the former site of a single-story warehouse.
