As part of development, constructed an engineered Composite Cover System beneath the new building consisting of a five-inch thick concrete floor slab underlain by a minimum of four-inches of stone below the cellar floor slab. The sub-base material below the concrete cellar floor slab was placed above competent bedrock. An engineered Composite Cover System was also constructed as part of development in the western landscaped area consisting of a minimum of two-feet of imported clean fill overlain by paving stone and landscaping including trees, shrubs, and grassy areas.

Clinton Housing Development Company (CHDC), a community-based organization preserves and creates affordable housing in New York City's Clinton, Chelsea, and Hell's Kitchen neighborhoods and strives to honor their people, history, and physical character. the redevelopment includes commercial storefronts on the ground floor and cellar with 104 affordable housing units ranging from studio to 3-bedrooms. There are two large landscaped roof terraces and additional amenities such as a fitness room and children's playroom. The building also has a multipurpose common room with a commercial kitchen to serve both the residents and the community.
