Blackshear NDC is a neighborhood development corporation that provides affordable housing to moderate/low income families in east Austin. They have applied for funding through the City of Austin�s Neighborhood Housing & Community Development/HUD bond funding to get one of their rental properties up to code and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant.

Former Use: Blackshear NDC has owned the property since 1984. A Phase I ESA was completed in July, identifying possible historic dry cleaners near the property. A Vapor Encroachment Survey was completed and no impacts were identified. No further action is planned at this time.
