Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of an irregular shaped lot totaling approximately 2.98 acres. The facility totals approximately 60,324 square feet of building space which was constructed in 1959 with multiple additions through 1998. The main building was used as the main factory floor and warehouse during its use as a furniture factory from 1959 to June 2011. Recent usage of the facility includes storage of furniture for distribution. The current owner is Cates and Cronin Investments. Past ownership includes Klem Brothers, LLC, Jasper Seating Company, and Hedinger Holdings, LLC. The transfer of ownership in Fall 2019 is expected to fully utilize the facility which will increase job growth for the region.
