Former Use: The Subject Site is located 1601 South Slappey Street in Albany, Georgia. According to the Dougherty County Tax Assessor�s website, the Subject Property contains a 49.88 acre tract of land (Parcel ID 00212/00001/019). The Subject Property consists of five on-site buildings, three paved parking lots (one lot used by the U.S. Postal Service); former driving range and putting green; and an intermittent drainage ditch that traverses across the site from the main building to the west into a former detention basin at the west property boundary. South Slappey Boulevard borders the Site to the east; Industry Avenue borders the Site to the south; Pine Avenue Alley is located directly to the north; and Champion Lane borders the Subject Property to the west.
