Additional Property Attributes

The Site consists of one tax parcel totaling 0.51 acres located west of Frankfort Street, northeast of North Plymouth Street and south of Lyell Avenue. The Site is developed with two structures (Bakery and Apartments). The Bakery is located on the northeast corner of the Site and is addressed as
59-69 Lyell Avenue. The Apartments are located on the southwest corner of the Site. The Apartments are currently vacant, and were historically utilized as a two unit apartment building. The Site Buildings share a wall but are not connected. Exterior areas of the Site include asphalt-paved
