Additional Property Attributes

The Property consists of a single 6.82-acre tax lot (178-02-301-018) and is located northeast of the intersection of North Gibson Road and Cape Horn Drive in Henderson, Clark County, Nevada. The Property is zoned General Industrial (IG). Currently, the Property is graded and undeveloped. Surrounding sites are a mixture of industrial and commercial uses.

Former Use: Historical aerial photographs and city directories dating back to 1950 indicate that no permanent structures have ever been present on the Property. Historical records indicate use of the Property for temporary construction staging in 2008 and 2009. Immediately following these uses, the entire Property was cleared and graded. The property is currently owned by 500 N Gibson LLC, which acquired the property in April 2011. No RECs found in connection with the Property.
