Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Site consisted of approximately 0.33 acres of land and was located at 1638 and 1640 South 6th Avenue and 20 West 27th Street in South Tucson, Arizona. At the time of the reconnaissance a chain-link fence encompassed the graded land and the six ground water monitoring wells (ADEQ initiated remediation of the Dolly Madison facility located on an adjoining property and are using the groundwater monitoring wells for data collection) located within the central and western portions of the Site. Based on a review of historical documents, the Site consisted of vacant land with natural vegetation since prior to 1936. The land was graded by 1958 and was developed with multiple commercial buildings, all of which were demolished by 2002. Since 2002 the Site has remained vacant, graded land.
