Additional Property Attributes

UST removed from site in 2000; no release noted. Potential impacts to property from Waskey's Cleaners to north, petroleum release at Realty Resource Office to west, and other former filling stations, auto repair, and dry cleaning operations in the vicinity. Former Use: Residential use 1889-early 1900s. Boarding house/Travelers Inn in early 1900s. Colonial Hotel built between 1923 and 1929. Building razed, and property used as a parking lot beginning in 1950s-1960s. Fire station built 1974. Expansion of station is planned. Phase II: Metals, TPH, SVOCs, and VOCs detected in soil and groundwater on-site at low levels consistent with naturally occurring conditions or historical use on and off-site. ACM detected in building. Recommend to consider location and depth of COCs during future site development. Potential for vapor intrusion is considered to be low.
