Additional Property Attributes

The Property is currently owned by the City of Provo Corporation, which acquired the parcel through condemnation in 2011 after the former building had reportedly been vacant for at least 10 years. The Property is currently vacant with no above-grade structures, operating businesses, or active land uses. The most recent above-grade structure/building was identified as a restaurant named the Roasted Artichoke, which last operated at the Property in approximately 2001. The City razed the building in 2012, reportedly due to perceived, imminent health and safety hazards as a result of deterioration and lack of maintenance.

Former Use: The Property is currently owned by the City of Provo, Utah, and was purchased by the City in September 2013. The Property is currently vacant with no operating business or habitable structures. Stantecs review of historical aerial photographs indicates that the van was first parked on the Property sometime between September 2011 and September 2013, while the wooden shed was constructed on the premises, sometime between May and October 2015.
