Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Former elementary school 1914-2015, now under redevelopment for a community activity center. Phase I was completed under TRORC's FY15 grant. A Phase II study was completed; the report found that the UST had failed and the contractor recommended additional soils and well assessment in order to assess potential impacts to surrounding environmental media. VTDEC's Petroleum Cleanup Fund financed the additional assessment work, and a SMAC was issued.

Redevelopment of the site into a community center is underway.
