Additional Property Attributes

Site is currently vacant. Eight USTs were present on-site since 1960s. Tanks were removed in 1990. Soil samples collected at closure confirmed low level residual petroleum impacts near former used oil UST. Adjacent property used as an auto repair facility since late 1960s. Adjacent rail line present since mid 1800s. Site is in a Regulatory Floodway. Property has potential for on-site wetlands.

Former Use: First use not confirmed. Used as service station (~1963-1995), HVAC (~2000), & small engine repair shop (~2009-10). Town of South Boston acquired property in 2013 and demolished on-site structures.
