Additional Property Attributes

At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.46-acres of land developed with a remnant well house, a shed, and a concrete stoop. The remainder of the Property was covered with grass or dense vegetation. The area north of the Property consisted of a commercial development, historically used for automotive maintenance. Undeveloped land is located east of the Property, residential developments are located to the south and a landfill is located to the west. A remnant well house was observed on the southern parcel. The Property is serviced by Duke Energy for electrical service. The Property was not serviced by natural gas or sewers at the time of the site reconnaissance; however, tax records indicate natural gas is available in the Property area. Stormwater in the area infiltrates into the ground surface or flows overland to adjoining roadways.

Former Use: At the time of the site reconnaissance, the Property consisted of two adjoining parcels that totaled approximately 0.46-acres of land. The southern parcel was developed with a remnant well house, a shed, and a concrete stoop. The northern parcel and the remainder of the Property was covered with grass or dense vegetation. A commercial building used for automotive maintenance was located to the north of the Property, undeveloped land was located to the east, residential developments were located to the south and a landfill was located to the west. Emery Crossing Road borders the Property to the east.
