Additional Property Attributes

The site is a 10-acre vacant lot with building remanants/foundations/slabs and low areas formerly used as borrow areas to smother a tire fire. The site is covered with grass/weeds and concrete/asphalt. Soil borings and temporary wells were installed on the site as well as sub-slab vapor sampling points.

Former Use: The site is vacant with concrete building foundations/slabs. A vacant warehouse building used to store tires burned in 2003.
