Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Site past uses- By 1946, two residences and outbuilding were present on the north-central part of the site; the remainder of the site appeared to be used for agricultural purposes. In 1956, the smaller building was constructed; the use of this structure from 1956 until the 1970s is not known, but it appears to have been subsequently used for a shop/service building. The loading dock appears to have been built in 1960; the railroad spur was likely constructed about the same time. The manufacturing building was constructed in 1974. The site appears to have been used for the manufacture of mobile home from the late 1960s through the late 1980s. From the late 1980s the site was used for the manufacture of log homes and laminated wood products. The roof reportedly collapsed in the winter of 2017 the site appears to have been generally unoccupied since that time.
