Additional Property Attributes

The Property has been owned by the current owner, WFP RECEIVERSHIP QSF TRUST % THOMAS C HEBRANK E3 ADVISORS since 2017. From 1999 to 2017 the Property was owned by Pine View Partners (25%), Sierra View Partners (25%), Heavenly View Partners (25%), and Carson Valley Partners (25%). Ownership prior to 1999 is not provided on the Douglas County Tax Assessor website. The property is approximately 83.30 acres and exists entirely as undeveloped land. Review of historical aerial photographs indicate the Property has been undeveloped dating back to at least 1953. The Property is zoned light industrial and a potential buyer is planning an industrial development for the site. Having a Phase I for the property will assist the potential new owners in the purchase and development of the property.
