Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Standard and other historical sources were able to document that the subject property was developed between 1940 and 1949 with a residential dwelling in the northern portion and a residential dwelling with an attached garage in the southern portion on previously vacant land. A garage was constructed in the northwestern portion between 1952 and 1957. The dwellings and garages were demolished between 1974 and 1980 when the current building was constructed in the southern portion. The former southern dwelling was occupied by a car import company in at least 1966 and 1967 and a special education center in at least 1969 and 1970. The current building was occupied by professional offices between at least 1975 and 1986 and a physical therapy office between at least 1991 and 2011 and has been unoccupied since at least 2012. Based on the short timeframe and likely office use of car import operations (i.e. one year), PM has not identified the former car import operations as a REC.
