Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The site previously had one main commercial building, one story, built in 1962 and used as a car dealership until the late 1980s. It was used as an automotive shop subsequently through 2017; from 2017 through 2019 the building housed a variety of endeavors from a gymnastics studio to Mission Mattress. Beginning in 2019 local businesses have constructed a commercial office building (with a restaurant), a medical office building, and a fitness studio. One portion of the property may see further redevelopment in future.
