Property Highlights

The property has been developed since the mid-1800s. Most notably, the property operated as Alvey's Cleaners and Laundry from at least 1949 to 2014. No subsurface investigations or indoor air quality surveys were completed at the property. Based on a geophysical survey, no underground storage tanks were identified beneath the property. The property has since been transformed into residential units along the Main Street corridor in Tell City, Indiana. The current owner is Adle Properties LLC, who acquired the property from Susan Ubehlor in December 2019. Other past ownership includes Paul and Elaine Seibert (2001 to 2019), Reed Family Partnership (1996 to 2001), Ralph and Rose Reed (1977 to 1996), and multiple members of the Alvey Family from 1937 to 1975. The property had undergone renovation in 2019 that transformed the building into residential living space.
