Additional Property Attributes

The property consists of approximately 1.20 acres that is developed with a two-story brick building currently utilized as the Hyde Park Artelier. Formerly the property was occupied by a school from approximately 1850 to 1909. The current building was constructed in 1910 as the Divoll Branch of the St. Louis Public Library. The Divoll Branch library moved in 1967 and then the property was used as the Library Service Center / St. Louis Board of Education from approximately 1970 to 2004.
