The 0.33-acre site (Aiken County Tax ID No. 121-21-08-001) is located at 122 Bee Lane in downtown Aiken, Aiken County, South Carolina. The site is developed with an 11,760 square foot, two-story motel called "Holley House". The balance of the site is paved parking. The motel is currently in operation, and guest services include room cleaning and linen laundering. The site and surrounding areas are relatively flat with a general area gradient to the south-southwest. A Phase I ESA was completed on January 29, 2020, which identified RECs related to former on-site drycleaner, former on-site USTs and battery service, up gradient north-adjacent USTs, and an east-adjacent drycleaner. The onsite facilities operated in the early 1900s up until the early 1980's when the Holley House motel was built. The east-adjacent Warneke Cleaners has been operational from 1971 to present.
