Additional Property Attributes

dichloroethane and vinyl chloride were detected in one soil gas sample exceeding Ohio EPA single. Additional sampling is required . Building currently and planned use is for storage at this time. A Sub-Slab depressurization system is recommended if building is to be occupied by humans/animals in future. In addition TPH's were discovered in soil indicating UST's may be present. Data given to applicant who intends to address the isues found.
