Since the area is designated as a Urban Setting Designation (USD) the groundwater is not allowed to be used . However the High levels of TCE detected in the groundwater may infiltrate into the air of the existing building along with 1,$ Dichlorobenzene. If the building is to be reused it is recommended to install a
sub-slab Depressurization System (SSDS) prior to occupancy
