This site has historic operations as an industrial, commercial and residential site dating back before 1886. industrial activities included: awning manufacturing, machine shops, drycleaners/laundry facility, laboratory, printing and auto repair. Additionally USTS were formerlylocated on site.All COCs and metals found were tested in soil samples above laboratory metal detection levels But were several orders of magnitude BELOW applicable VAP comparison standards. Oily woodblock floors were found Not to contain PCB's above Lab MDL's were subsequently removed by owner: Astrup Awning Manufacturing and Vacant Land current owner is 2937 W25th LLC
