Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The property is located at 23 Bay Street in Wolfeboro, Carroll County, New Hampshire (target property). The former Wolfeboro Power Equipment property is identified by the Town of Wolfeboro Assessor�s office as Lot 70 on Tax Map 203. The target property is comprised of a 0.44-acre lot with one approximate 6,3001,904-square foot commercial building with a slab-on-grade foundation. The target property was previously used as a small engine repair business (Wolfeboro Power Equipment) prior to acquisition by the G.A.L.A. Community Center (G.A.L.A.). G.A.L.A. has since repurposed the commercial building as office and craftsman workshop space. Records reviewed as part of this assessment indicate that the former use of the target property as a former power equipment sales and service operation included the use and/or storage of petroleum or petroleum products on the target property. Additionally, the target property is a declassified RCRA waste generator with listed waste streams inclusive of used oil and gasoline waste products.
