Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA completed in December 2019, RECs have been identified due to the historical land use for auto salvage; as well as documented debris/fill on-site and soil impacts above regulatory cleanup criteria. Former Use: No address assigned - indicating no development in the past.
The Phase II ESA completed in July 2020 included a geophysical survey and test pit/trenching activity that revealed buried debris across much of the property, and as deep as the water table in some areas. Laboratory analysis of soil and groundwater samples revealed arsenic and benzo(a)pyrene in soils and mercury in shallow groundwater at levels exceeding their respective State cleanup target levels. An ABCA was prepared in September 2020 based on the results of the 2020 investigations.
