Additional Property Attributes

The Property can be accessed east off of US-281 N/US-62 E. The property is currently being used as the Fort Sill Apache Tribe's Tribal Complex. There are 18 employees that work inside the various buildings located on the Subject Property. There are two (2) paved entrances into the Subject Property. There are a total nine (9) buildings located on the property. In addition to the nine (9) main buildings, there are a pavilion, two (2) tornado shelters, five (5) water hydrants, six (6) large propane tanks and a ceremonial ground used for cultural activities is located on the Subject Property. One (1) pond is located on the northeast portion of the property. Boxelder Creek is located on the east portion of Subject Property. The Subject Property has a large paved parking lot that is approximately 1,380 square feet. There are concrete sidewalks connecting the Finance and Environmental Building, Aging Nutrition Building and the Administration Building. There is barbed-wire fencing surrounding the Subject Property. The majority of the west portion of the Property is mainly buildings and structures, however the east portion is mainly covered in natives grasses, trees and pasture land. Elevation at the Subject Property is 1298 feet above sea level. The ground surface of the property slopes generally south. The source of the General Site Setting is obtained from EDR's Radius Map Report with GeoCheck. Former Use: The Property can be accessed east off of US-281 N/US-62 E. According to interviewees one of the first buildings located on the Subject Property was built in the 1980's, however the aerial maps for the 1980's are not view-able.
