Additional Property Attributes

This lot was identified via a community application process by the C.A.R.E. neighborhood association. Their goal for the site is to transform it into green parking with permeable surfaces and stormwater management. We are actively investigating this future site use with city planning staff and funding partners.

Former Use: The property is an unimproved, gravel-packed, partially vegetated lot currently used for informal neighborhood parking. Between 1890 and 1994, it was improved with a two-story residential rowhome. It was owned by private individuals until 2000, at which time it was acquired by the City of Baltimore.
