Additional Property Attributes

This site was identified through a community process by the Milton Avenue Improvement Association. Their desired future use for the site is as a picnic area with a playground, horseshoe pits, and other recreational space. We are actively working with city planners and potential funders on this idea.

Former Use: The site consists of seven adjoining parcels land that comprise an unimproved, grassy vacant lot. From 1914-1974, each parcel was improved with a residential rowhome with the exception of 1312 N. Rose Street, which was a store from 1951 to 1974. The site is currently owned by the City of Baltimore. Past ownership information is not available.
