Additional Property Attributes

Based on Phase I ESA completed in January 2020, RECs were identified based on historical land uses that included an automobile dealership (due to potential vehicle maintenance on-site), former long-term fish farm (due to nutrients and possible use of algaecide), and potential for historical on-site heating oil use (residential and fish/bird farm). Former Use: Historical uses: long-term use as fish and bird farm, shorter-term uses for auto dealership and retail sales (fruit stand, gift shop, etc.)
A Phase II ESA completed in May 2020 included a geophysical survey that revealed a potential heating oil tank beneath the residential structure's carport. Analysis of soil and groundwater samples collected revealed limited impacts of arsenic and mercury in soil and arsenic in groundwater (not in the locations of the soil impacts).
