Additional Property Attributes

Brett - this property was not assessed utilizing grant funding. The financing was approved by the lender without requiring a Phase I ESA due to their long-term local knowledge and familiarity of this commercial property, historically operated as a church. The property was sold and redeveloped for use as the Mountain Laurel Learning Cooperative school.

Former Use: Known past uses in the recent past (decade) are a child care center and a church building. Prior to that, the Phase I ESA research will hopefully reveal past uses. The property is adjacent to former industrial (railroad and coal/coke industries) areas.
