Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: Based on our review of available historical information, the Property was developed with one building as early as 1894. The building occupied the majority of the Property and was identified as an opera house. By 1900, the building was identified as a town hall and in 1909 was identified as a city hall. The Property boundary and the building appeared to remain the same from 1894 through at least 2016. Surrounding areas to the north consisted of residential developments, with commercial developments, apartments, and retail businesses to the east, south, and west. A gasoline station and automotive repair facility was present on the west-adjoining site from at least 1924 to the present. At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property consisted of approximately 0.1 acres of land developed with an approximately 2,400 square-foot, two-story building. The north portion of the Property was developed with a paved parking area. The surrounding areas consisted of residences to the north, commercial developments, apartments, and retail businesses to east, south and west, including a gasoline station and automotive repair on the west-adjoining site.
