Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: The Property was agricultural land from at least 1937 through 1963 following which it was wooded land. The Property was redeveloped by 1987 with a manufacturing plant, a truck dock, parking areas, and grass-covered and wooded land. Two additions were constructed on the east side of the plant by 1999. The Property was occupied by various manufacturing businesses from at least 1992 through 2005. At the time of our reconnaissance, the Property was utilized as assembly, shipping, and office space for an automobile parts shipping company. Surrounding areas consisted primarily of agricultural and residential land until 1955. Commercial and residential development along Doerr Road and manufacturing facilities along Garfield Road operated from the mid-1950s through 2019.
