Additional Property Attributes

Former Use: From at least 1937 to 1955, the Property consisted of agricultural land with a drain crossing the southwest portion of the Property. The Property was developed with a gasoline service station by 1960 and the drain was relocated along the west and south boundaries of the Property. Additional building were constructed on the west portion of the Property between 1964 and 1968. The Property was operated as a gasoline service station from at least 1960 through at least 1994. At the time of the reconnaissance, the Property was developed with one building formerly operated as a gasoline filling and automobile repair station known as Northgate Tire & Sales and a pole building. Surrounding areas consisted primarily of agricultural land until the mid-1960s when development of commercial buildings began north, east, and south of the Property.
