Additional Property Attributes

The building was built in 1970. The City of Tulsa has owned this building (and other buildings, including parking lots) on this 2.95 acre property since April 19, 1993. According to the Tulsa County Assessor website (as of 05/06/2025): the property is listed as commercial, tax exempt and has $0 in improvement values. The property (entire 2.95 acres) has been occupied for almost 100 years and was originally the regional headquarters for Dresser-Rand corporation. This property is currently part of the City's Surplus Auction Yard but was constructed as an office headquarters building for a local oil and gas services company. A Phase I Environmental Assessment was not performed. A Phase II asbestos, lead-based paint and radiation survey were performed by utilizing local TBA funds. DEQ awarded a $350,000 subgrant to the City of Tulsa on April 20, 2021 to address asbestos, lead-based paint and low-level radiation in the building. DEQ provided the City a subgrant closeout notification letter for the completion of the cleanup on 08/28/2024.
